- How long is the drive from Bangkok to Sai Yok?
- About 3 to 3.5 hours for about 200–215 km: the M81 motorway to Kanchanaburi, then Highway 323. From Suvarnabhumi Airport allow 3.5 to 4 hours.
- Can the driver wait while we visit Hellfire Pass or the waterfalls?
- The fares are one-way transfers. For a driver who waits, or a return trip, message us on WhatsApp or LINE — round trips get a discount. Park entry fees and tickets are not included.
- Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
- At Suvarnabhumi, after customs, go up to Level 4 (Departures) and out through the doors near Gate 4; your car waits in the pickup lane. At Don Mueang, go up to Level 3 (Departures); the exact door comes in the message the day before, because it depends on the terminal. Give your flight number when you book: a person checks it before the driver sets off, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are free. A name sign at the arrivals exit is ฿100 on request.
- How do I pay?
- In Thai baht, cash, to the driver at the end of the trip. Nothing is charged when you book and there is no deposit. If you can only pay by card, message us on WhatsApp or LINE and we send a PayPal payment link; a 5% fee is added.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?
- Yes. Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. We charge the fee by PayPal payment request. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number or the number of passengers can be changed free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp or LINE to cancel or change.
- Do the drivers speak English?
- Not every driver does. You can ask for an English-speaking driver when you book, depending on availability.
